The Colli Tortonesi DOC area, with its six valleys and 46 municipalities, is a mosaic of soils and climates that shape the Timorasso vine. In the north, there are fertile, deep soils, in the central part limestone and marl, and in the south, near the Apennines, older, poorer soils. But how does all this affect Timorasso?
