Timorasso is a grape variety that defies convention: from early budding to ripening, every stage of its growth requires precision and care. With limited yields and high management costs, this variety nevertheless delivers an extraordinary wine, known for its vibrant acidity and aromas that evolve over time, including flint and paraffin.
